Salary: £28,917.34 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week, straight shifts (no split shifts)

Join Aramark at RNLI College and be part of a passionate team that supports the lifesaving work of the RNLI. We're looking for a full-time, permanent Duty Manager to help us deliver outstanding service while making a real difference every day.

Your Role:
You'll work a mix of early, middle, and late shifts (starting between 7am and finishing up to midnight), across 5 days per week, including some weekends and Bank Holidays. All shifts are straight 8 hours with a half-hour break - no split shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and overseeing day-to-day food and beverage service
• Ensuring all departments run efficiently and smoothly
• Leading the front-of-house team, including recruitment, training, and ongoing support
• Managing systems such as tills and ResDiary, as well as stock and compliance records
• Working with the Duty Manager team to navigate change and support staff
• Acting as a point of reference for customer service, safety, and compliance
