Job description

Welcome to The Beefy Boys, the burger empire of your dreams – where the patties are juicy, the buns are fresh. We’re a fast-paced, rapidly growing burger joint on a mission to become the greatest burger restaurant in the entire galaxy.

We’ve spent years delving deep into the world of burgers. For us, there’s no such thing as a “just a cheeseburger.” Oh no, we’re talking about a universe of patties: from thick, juicy 6oz steakhouse delights to crispy diner-style smash-burgers, and even the oh-so-filthy Oklahoma-style patties that’ll have you questioning your entire existence.

Now, we’re on the hunt for a Duty Manager who’s ready to jump in, have fun, and keep the place running smoothly. If you’ve got the energy to help lead the team, keep the vibe high, and make sure our customers leave with a smile (and a full belly), then we want YOU! No need to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders – just bring your enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a love for good times. You’ll be part of the crew making sure the restaurant stays buzzing and the burgers keep coming!

What You Need:

• Be a Team Player: You’ll help keep the vibe high by supporting the team, making sure everyone’s feeling motivated, and leading by example. You’re the go-to person when things get busy and will keep everyone on track, all while having a laugh!
• Opening & Closing Pro: You’ll take charge of opening and closing the restaurant, making sure everything is set up for a smooth start and locked down properly at the end of the day. From prepping the front-of-house to ensuring everything’s clean and secure, you’ll ensure the restaurant’s ready for action and sealed up tight when we’re done.
• Customer Service Pro: At Beefy Boys, we treat every customer like a mate at a BBQ. You’ll help make sure everyone’s having a good time, keeping drinks topped up and the food coming out just right – it’s all about good vibes and happy guests.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: You’ll assist with managing the flow of service, keeping things moving even when it gets hectic. If something’s off, you’ll know how to fix it and make sure the place stays buzzing.
• Keep the Team on Point: You’ll support the team throughout the shift, making sure everyone’s working together to deliver great service. No need to worry about heavy management – just help the team succeed and keep the energy high!
• Get Stuff Done Attitude: Things move fast, but you know how to keep up! You’ll stay calm under pressure, handle the little hiccups that pop up, and make sure everything stays running smoothly with your positive, can-do attitude.

What You’ll Get:

• Tronc Share: Add some more ££ to your paycheck with your share of tronc – because good service deserves great rewards.
• Free Food: Who wouldn’t love free burgers every shift? We’ve got you covered!
• Room to Grow: We’re growing fast, and we’re all about promoting from within. If you’re ready to climb the ladder, we’ve got opportunities for you!
• Discounted Dinner: Bring your mates along for discounted meals—because everyone loves a burger night out.
• Staff Summer Festival: Our annual summer festival is the perfect way to let loose, have fun, and celebrate the team.
• Away Days: Staff away days packed with fun and team bonding. It’s all about strengthening the team and having a blast together!
• 28 Days Paid Holiday: Take some time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work with 28 days of paid holiday.
• Company Pension: We’ve got your back with company pension contributions, helping you secure a comfy future.
