The Beefy Boys in Cambridge is seeking a Shift Leader to energize the team, supervise service, and ensure guests leave with a smile and a full belly. You’ll jump in where needed, mentor colleagues, and keep the kitchen and floor moving smoothly during busy shifts.

Now, we’re on the hunt for a Shift Leader who’s ready to jump in, have a blast, and help keep the place buzzing! What You Need:

• Be a Team Player: You’ll help keep the team motivated, making sure everyone’s working together to keep things running smoothly. You’ll lead by example and keep the energy high, while making sure everyone is having a great time!


• Customer Vibes: You’ll make sure every guest feels like they’re at a mate’s BBQ – from greeting them with a smile to making sure the food and drinks are spot on. It's all about creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere!


• Keep Things Moving: You’ll be a key extension of the management team, always stepping in when needed to keep the service flowing like a well-oiled machine. Whether it’s jumping in to assist the team, solving problems on the fly, or ensuring the pace never slows down, you’ll tackle it head-on and keep things running smoothly. No hiccups, no hold-ups – you’ve got it covered!


• Support the Crew: You’re the go-to person for the team during your shift. You’ll help out wherever needed, whether that’s giving a hand in the kitchen or helping customers – no task is too big or small!


• Get It Done: Things can get fast-paced, but you’ve got a cool head and a positive attitude. You’ll help keep everything in check without stressing, making sure everyone stays on track and the shift runs smoothly.
