The Beefy Boys is seeking a Shift Leader to energise our fast-paced burger joint. You’ll lead the team on shift, keep guest vibes high, and ensure smooth service while supporting cooks and front-of-house staff. A can-do attitude and love for fun times are essential.

You’ll help drive a lively atmosphere, mentor junior team members, and contribute to a growing, popular burger concept across shifts. This role offers opportunities for progression within the company.

What You Need

• Be a Team Player: You’ll help keep the team motivated, making sure everyone’s working together to keep things running smoothly. You’ll lead by example and keep the energy high, while making sure everyone is having a great time!
• Customer Vibes: You’ll make sure every guest feels like they’re at a mate’s BBQ – from greeting them with a smile to making sure the food and drinks are spot on. It's all about creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere!
• Keep Things Moving: You’ll be a key extension of the management team, always stepping in when needed to keep the service flowing like a well‑oiled machine. Whether it’s jumping in to assist the team, solving problems on the fly, or ensuring the pace never slows down, you’ll tackle it head‑on and keep things running smoothly. No hiccups, no hold‑ups – you’ve got it covered!
• Support the Crew: You’re the go‑to person for the team during your shift. You’ll help out wherever needed, whether that’s giving a hand in the kitchen or helping customers – no task is too big or small!
• Get It Done: Things can get fast‑paced, but you’ve got a cool head and a positive attitude. You’ll help keep everything in check without stressing, making sure everyone stays on track and the shift runs smoothly.
