Job summary

Bistrot Pierre in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to take ownership of shifts, keep the team organised, motivated and focused on delivering a seamless guest experience. You9ll lead from the floor and ensure service runs smoothly during busy periods.

You9ll balance hands-on leadership with strong organisational and communication skills, coordinate with the kitchen, monitor service standards and guest satisfaction, and address issues promptly.
