Wiltshire Council is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our centre, ensuring safety and quality during opening hours. The role requires leadership to manage complex customer and facility issues and to drive a positive environment for active lifestyles.
We will support you in obtaining the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) within three months through RLSS training, with a hybrid working model and on-site duties at our community-centred facilities.
Salary: £29,064 - £31,022 per annum (plus 10% unsocial hours plus charge)
Hours per week: 37 hours
