Job summary

Drake & Morgan Ltd in London seeks a Floor Supervisor to oversee bar and dining service, ensuring smooth shift delivery and expert customer interaction. You will manage the pass, coordinate with the head chef and kitchen, and uphold opening/closing procedures.

• Section management & shift delivery

• Ensure that opening and closing procedures are followed on every shift
• Attend and contribute to pre-shift team meetings.
• Handle voiding, correcting and changing bills in accordance with the prescribed Drake and Morgan billing and charging procedure.
• On-going team training & development
• Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items, beers, wines, spirits and cocktails and be confident to make recommendations/upsell.
