Fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food served from open theatre kitchens, chef table’s innovative cocktails, mixology stations and a well-stocked wine list are all served within a laid back contemporary environment.

• Stock control, ordering of products, GP and labour control within a high volume, multiple bar operation.
• Training and development plays a key part in the role of a D&M bar manager, recruiting, training and motivating your team are at the centre of your universe.
• We know it’s not the reason you became a Bar Manager but keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the venue it vital
• Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cash flow
• Opening and closing shift management – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner…

Our Story

Since opening the doors to The Refinery in 2008, the Drake & Morgan collection now has 16beautiful bars and restaurants in London and Manchester. We wanted to create a unique space where locals and visitors alike could enjoy thoughtful, inspired menus and innovative, crafted cocktails in the most welcoming environment. An escape from the everyday. It all started with The Refinery Bankside and since then we haven’t stopped growing, learning and creating.
