Job summary

Royal Standard, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a Duty Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations. You’ll lead your team, ensure smooth service, and deliver a guest experience that makes visitors want to return.

Join Castle Pubs and help create a distinctive, welcoming atmosphere across each venue. You’ll mentor staff, manage shifts, and drive hosts to personify hospitality while upholding brand standards.

Job description

As Duty Manager at the Royal Standard, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
