Job summary

The Old Bulls Head, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Duty Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations. You will lead the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, oversee service, and drive performance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will train and mentor staff, model best practices, and ensure guests are looked after from arrival to departure, while working toward business targets and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Must have proven management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver excellent food and service.
• Strong role-modeling and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver quality food, drink, and service.
• Lead by example and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for during their visit.
• Work toward business targets and uphold standards.
