Mitchells & Butlers PLC at The King’s Head pub is seeking a Duty Manager to work with the General Manager, leading the team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

You’ll oversee all areas of the business, ensuring guests have memorable experiences and staff feel valued; join Nicholson's pubs and contribute to nearly 150 years of British pub culture.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to be an assistant to the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Ensure our guests are cared for, being the host to life's memorable moments.
• Strive towards and achieve business targets.
