Mitchells & Butler plc is seeking a Duty Manager for the Peacock Inn to support the General Manager in daily operations, lead your team, and ensure guests have memorable experiences.

You will train and mentor staff, drive service standards, manage guest interactions, and help achieve business targets while enjoying flexible shifts, staff discounts, pension, and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a hospitality team.
• Proven ability to coach staff and deliver guest-centric service.
• Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns.

As Duty Manager at the Peacock Inn, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You'll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
