Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Sizzling Pub & Grill in Bolton is recruiting a Duty Manager to partner with the General Manager. You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience from greeting to service.

You’ll train and inspire your team, model behaviours, and drive toward business targets while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety in a busy pub environment.

• Management experience required.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and that the guest experience is welcoming.
