Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Duty Manager at The Shipping Forecast, working with the General Manager to lead the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, ensuring guests are cared for and a welcoming atmosphere is maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role, supporting the General Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide the team.
• Focus on delivering guest experience and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to assist the General Manager in daily operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and feel welcome.
