Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire, part of Hiddenwell, is seeking a confident Duty Manager to lead shifts, support our team and ensure guests have a memorable stay. You’ll be a visible presence across the hotel, coordinating departments and taking ownership when challenges arise, with reporting lines to the Guest Experience Manager and Front of House Manager.

Duty Manager

We’re looking for a confident,approachable Duty Manager to help keep Hoar Cross Hall running smoothly andensure our guests feel looked after throughout their stay.

This is a hands-on role with afocus on front of house and guest services. You’ll be a visible presence acrossthe hotel, supporting colleagues, coordinating departments and taking ownershipwhen challenges arise.

Reporting to the Guest ExperienceManager and working closely with the Front of House Manager, you’ll helpdeliver high standards and memorable experiences.

What you’ll do

• Lead each shift: Giving clear direction,prioritise tasks and support teams across the hotel.

Additional Information

Working Pattern:

• The role includes evenings,weekends and bank holidays. Occasional sleepover Duty Manager shifts may berequired to support the operation, in line with agreed working arrangements.
• Working 5 out of 7 days per week
• 40 hours per week
• Annual Salary: £29,231.28
