Job summary

Adventure Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager for Mr Mulligans Bournemouth to lead shift operations, motivate a customer-facing team, and ensure a fun, safe and welcoming guest experience. You will manage day-to-day operations, uphold health & safety standards, and drive sales while representing the venue in the community.

The role requires hands-on management, strong communication, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

As Duty Manager, you'll take the lead during your shifts, supporting and developing the team while ensuring the venue runs smoothly. From delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards to driving sales and promoting our venue within the local community, no two days will be the same.
