Job summary

Mulligans Guildford, part of Adventure Leisure, is seeking enthusiastic Team Members for weekend shifts with occasional midweek coverage. You will be front-of-house, serving drinks and food, assisting guests with activities and events, and ensuring a memorable customer experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy a busy environment, have strong communication skills, and are reliable team players with a can-do attitude. Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over due to bar work.
• Must be available to work weekends, including Friday and Saturday evenings.
• Flexibility to work occasional midweek shifts.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Enthusiastic with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our team at Mulligans Guildford.

This is primarily a weekend role, so applicants must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional midweek shifts available depending on the needs of the business.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two shifts are the same. You could be welcoming customers, serving behind the bar, preparing food, hosting groups and parties, supporting our activities or making sure the venue looks its best.

You’ll play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting sales and the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.
