Job summary

Buchan Braes Hotel in Boddam, Aberdeenshire is seeking a Duty Manager to join its operational team. The role is hands-on, overseeing day-to-day hotel operations with emphasis on coordinating food & beverage and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory or operational management experience in hospitality or F&B.
• Proven track record of managing daily shift operations and cross-department coordination.

• Experience, knowledge and passion for the 4-star hospitality industry.
