Mitchells & Butlers plc, via its Miller & Carter - Bedford brand, is seeking a Duty Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a passionate team. You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold high standards and help push the business toward its targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing restaurant teams or similar hospitality operations.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver high standards.
• Strong guest focus and leadership presence.

• Be a role model and guide development within the team.

As Duty Manager at Miller & Carter - Bedford, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
