Miller & Carter in Birmingham is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-performing team, grow the business and smash targets while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will train and inspire your crew, manage operations end-to-end and collaborate with the Mitchells & Butlers district to drive sales, POS excellence and guest loyalty. This role includes a comprehensive benefits package and pension.
