Mploy Staffing Solutons is recruiting a Sales Account Manager for Dutch native speakers in Bournemouth. You will manage a full sales cycle in a B2B SaaS environment, combining in-office collaboration Tue/Wed/Thu with remote work Mon and Fri.

You’ll prospect, qualify and present Microsoft-powered solutions, own the pipeline, and build relationships with senior stakeholders. The role offers a base of £31,000 with an OTE of £47,500 in year one.

Qualifications

• Dutch as first language required.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Able to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven.
• Interest in technology and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & pipeline generation for target accounts.
• Consultative selling: discover needs and present Microsoft solutions.
• Own full sales cycle from contact to close with support from technicals where needed.
• Build and nurture relationships with IT Directors and C-level executives.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
