Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a Dutch-speaking Immigration Coordinator in Sheffield to provide administrative support across Benelux immigration cases. You will draft Dutch language applications, support letters, and manage case documents within Fragomen's systems while coordinating with consultants in Benelux.

The role requires strong administrative skills, a high level of Dutch (B2 or higher), and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and data entry skills.
• Comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills.
• High level of Dutch language, ideally C level, but at least B2.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and able to work with limited supervision.
• Experience with word processing, internet and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft immigration applications in Dutch.
• Draft support letters.
• Maintain Fragomen's database and client folders up to date.
• Save and upload case documents and government decisions onto Fragomen's database.
• Identify embassies / consulates in charge for a specific assignee.
• Draft emails to provide updates on all immigration matters.
• Check appointment availability at embassy / consulate.
• Participate in case audits.
• Rename and downsize documents, request company set up.
• Create client care letters.
• Take on additional projects as required.
