Job summary

Advancing People Multilingual Ltd is recruiting a Dutch Speaking Communications Executive for a FTSE100 client based in Luton, Bedfordshire. The role focuses on shaping customer experience and content for the Netherlands markets, across email, SMS and chatbot channels throughout the travel journey.

The position is full-time, hybrid (3 days remote / 2 days in Luton) with a base salary of £40,000 and up to 20% bonus, plus attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch.
• Creative flair for writing.
• Experience of copywriting across internal/PR/marketing/customer comms.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Passion for communications and willingness to learn.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and translate content for new customers from European markets.
• Ensure tone of voice consistency and guidance on market relevance.
• Collaborate with PR, legal and technology to enable communications vision.
• Create communication content for customers across media channels.
• Manage communications channels (email, SMS, chatbot) across the holiday journey.
