Job summary

Interu is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of complex, global accounts. You will build strong client relationships, manage day-to-day needs, drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering and engage in ongoing client advocacy. Based around our London team with some Amsterdam consideration, this role blends remote work (3 days/week) with 2 days in the London office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SaaS Customer Success, preferably ESG/sustainability/compliance.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple critical projects and manage large global accounts.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop relationships with client stakeholders (IT, Compliance, Sustainability Managers, C-suite).
• Conduct business reviews, deliver client success plans and use cases, drive adoption and value.
• Create and lead project plans for onboarding (platform setup, data integration, training, go-live).
• Deliver training sessions and engage client suppliers to ensure data collection and engagement.
• Provide ad hoc professional services to extend value beyond core SaaS.
• Respond to user queries and escalate technical issues to Engineering.
• Provide accurate, timely reporting for all accounts and keep CRM up-to-date.
• Gather and translate user feedback to inform product roadmap and improvements.
