Job summary

Global Fire and Security Systems is seeking a Service Engineer - Hybrid (Elec/Mech) to cover Dundee and surrounding postcodes. The role offers full-time employment with a competitive package including door-to-door pay, overtime, on-call and call-out allowances, with an OTE of £55,000+.

You will service electrical fire life safety and security systems, troubleshoot faults, and perform routine maintenance. Training is provided; FIA qualifications and City & Guilds 2360 are desirable, and a drive

Qualifications

• Experience servicing electrical fire life safety systems.
• FIA qualifications preferred.
• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
• IEE 18th Edition knowledge preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work safely at heights and lift up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Undertake electrical and mechanical service and maintenance within the Dundee area.
• Ensure planned maintenance is carried out on schedule.
• Maintain and service fire extinguishers and suppression systems.
• Record inspection reports and maintain logs.
• Complete work-related documentation accurately and on time.
