Job summary

Allsopp & Allsopp Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Negotiator to handle the purchase, sale and rental of residential property. You will work closely with clients, banks and other agencies across Dubai, facilitating transactions in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

The role offers uncapped commission, full visa support, RERA licence and medical insurance, with a comprehensive training programme and ongoing support. Relocation from the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Presentable, professional and honest approach.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
• Fluency in a second language is a bonus.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect property information and arrange marketing material.
• Stay up to date with Dubai property market rules and regulations.
• Attend property valuations and viewings.
• Negotiate between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Manage sales and lettings through to completion with support teams.
• Follow up with clients after each viewing.
• Keep up to date with market trends.
• Generate new business through company database and networking.
