Job summary

Allsopp & Allsopp Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to handle residential rental transactions, working closely with clients and other agencies to close deals across the Dubai market.

This fast-paced, client-facing role rewards performance with an attractive uncapped commission structure, visa and medical insurance, and a comprehensive training programme within a respected UAE property company.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Presentable, professional and honest approach.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
• Fluency in a second language is a bonus.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and committed to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect property information and arrange marketing material
• Stay up to date with rules and regulations within the Dubai property market
• Attend property valuations and viewings
• Negotiate between landlords and tenants
• Manage lettings through to completion with support teams
• Follow up with clients after each viewing
• Keep up to date with market trends
• Generate new business through the company database and networking
