Job summary

Beannchor Group seeks an experienced Cocktail Bar Supervisor to lead the opening and daily operations of Mother and 45:33 in Belfast. You will supervise shifts, uphold exceptional cocktail and service standards, and create memorable guest experiences across both venues.

Role involves guiding the bar team, ensuring consistency in cocktail quality, and actively contributing to training and development. The position supports a busy, cocktail-led hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a cocktail bar or premium hospitality.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and presentation.
• Experience leading a team during busy service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and ongoing operation of Mother and 45:33.
• Supervise day‑to‑day bar shifts and maintain high standards.
• Lead customer service and engaging guest experiences.
• Ensure cocktails prepared to spec and quality.
• Support training and development of bar team.
• Deliver shift briefings and prepare team for service.
• Assist with cash handling, stock, opening/closing, checks.
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues.
• Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness and product quality.
• Ensure hygiene, health & safety, licensing compliance.
