Mother & 45:33, opening in Belfast, seeks a Cocktail Bar Supervisor to support both venues and bring their distinct concepts to life. You will lead shifts, uphold top cocktail and service standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences across both venues.

The role offers £14.30 per hour plus a discretionary annual bonus up to £500, with extensive training and development opportunities. Join us in creating two vibrant venues in Belfast.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a cocktail/bar or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and passion for drinks, ingredients and presentation.
• Confident leading a team during busy service and taking responsibility for a shift.
• People-focused with ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting training and development of bar team members.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality drinks.
• Understanding Belfast nightlife, cocktail and music scene.
• Enthusiastic, hands-on and comfortable in a busy service environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise day-to-day bar shifts across both Mother and 45:33 venues.
• Ensure consistent cocktail quality and presentation per specifications.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engaging guest experiences.
• Support training and development of the bar team and product knowledge.
• Run shift briefings, ensure team readiness and organisation.
• Assist with cash handling, stock checks, and opening/closing procedures.
• Respond to customer feedback professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain high standards of bar presentation, hygiene and safety.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and responsible service requirements.
