Job summary

IVC is recruiting a Dual Site Practice Manager to oversee non-clinical operations at Oakmount Vets in Burnley and Kingsway Veterinary Hospital in Skipton. This full-time role (40 hours, Monday to Friday) focuses on people, process, and performance across two brands.

You'll lead the non-clinical team, manage rotas, recruitment, and budgets, while ensuring exceptional client care and regulatory compliance. Salary up to £45,000 DOE.

• Proven experience leading non-clinical operations in healthcare or veterinary/service-led settings.
• Strong people management and team development skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver a first-class client journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead the non-clinical operations across Oakmount Vets and Kingsway Veterinary Hospital.
• Oversee day-to-day workflows, compliance, and facilities maintenance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
