IVC is recruiting a Dual Site Practice Manager to oversee non-clinical operations at Oakmount Vets in Burnley and Kingsway Veterinary Hospital in Skipton. This full-time role (40 hours, Monday to Friday) focuses on people, process, and performance across two brands.
You'll lead the non-clinical team, manage rotas, recruitment, and budgets, while ensuring exceptional client care and regulatory compliance. Salary up to £45,000 DOE.

We have an exciting opportunity for a people-focused and motivated Practice Manager to join us in a brand-new role working across two IVC brands, Oakmount Vets and Kingsway Veterinary Hospital. You will work closely with the Director of Practice and be supported by a wider management team. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As Practice Manager, you will lead the non-clinical operations of the practice, working closely with clinical leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day running, strong team performance, and an outstanding client experience.
You’ll be responsible for operational delivery, people management, and compliance, while supporting the practice to achieve its performance, quality, and service objectives. This role plays a key part in creating a positive culture and enabling clinical teams to deliver excellent care.
