Job summary

Frontier Consulting are recruiting an experienced Service or Registered Manager to oversee two 4-bed supported living sites in Hackney and Chingford, with a strong PBS and autism focus. You will lead care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.

You will be responsible for budgets, QA, safeguarding, MCA, and regulatory readiness, driving continuous improvement and maintaining excellent standards of care.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve within agreed timescales).
• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA, risk management, medication management, and person-centred care.
• Experience leading teams, managing budgets, quality assurance systems, and preparing for CQC inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two 4-bed supported living sites in Hackney and Chingford with PBS and autism focus.
• Lead teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support continuous improvement.

About You

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate leader with a strong background in adult social care.

Essential requirements:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve within agreed timescales).
• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.
