Hours:

Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

About You

Ideally, you will have experience in successfully leading, mentoring, and developing teams to meet and exceed targets. You must be patient-oriented, with a focus on delivering "excellence" in all areas of the patient lifecycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.

The main duties will include:

• Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
• An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s, and future growth plans
• Build and sustain close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
• You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practices in the region/cross-region and celebrate success within the practice
