Job Title: Dual-Site Practice Manager (Orthodontic Clinics)
Location: Berkshire
Salary: 40,000.00 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Dual-Site Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our two thriving orthodontic clinics in Berkshire. This exciting opportunity will involve managing the smooth running of both clinics, leading a team, and ensuring high standards of patient care and clinic performance.

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for administrative functions, managing patient complaints, overseeing financial aspects (including spreadsheets and reports), and ensuring the overall smooth operation of both sites. This role requires a mature, proactive individual who can think on their feet and handle a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of both orthodontic clinics, ensuring efficiency and quality service
  2. Manage clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance
  3. Handle patient complaints and feedback in a professional manner
  4. Manage financial operations including budgets, spreadsheets, and reports
  5. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  6. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the best possible patient experience
  7. Ensure all necessary administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Mature and reliable with excellent organisational skills
  2. Strong numerical skills and experience with spreadsheets
  3. Proven ability to handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  5. Ability to work independently and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  6. Previous experience in practice management or a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential
  7. Full training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in this role
