Job summary

Asda Express is seeking a Dual Site Store Manager to lead two stores with heart, pride and purpose. You’ll own standards, safety and commercial performance across both sites, inspiring and developing teams and delivering a brilliant experience for colleagues and customers across both locations.

You will travel between sites (up to ~20 minutes) and drive sales, standards and cost controls while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service across both sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead, influence and inspire two store teams to deliver service with heart
• Drive sales, standards and colleague development across both sites
• Manage cost control, stock accuracy, efficiency and KRAs
• Ensure full compliance, including PFS and forecourt safety
