Job summary

Asda Express is seeking a Deputy Site Manager in Gravesend to lead a busy store, working closely with the Store Manager to create a warm, efficient customer experience. You will guide colleagues on the shop floor, step up when needed, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly with a focus on safety and service.

You will manage a motivated team, drive sales, maintain standards, and lead in the manager's absence.
