Asda Express is seeking a Deputy Express Site Manager in a busy retail environment. You will support the Store Manager to lead a motivated team, drive sales, uphold high standards and ensure a warm, safe shopping experience for customers.

You will independently lead the store when required, maintain safety/compliance, and coach colleagues on the job. A strong focus on inclusion, development and practical leadership is essential.
