Job summary

Dentalcare Group is seeking a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Pangbourne and Berinsfield teams. The role offers 40 hours per week, a highly competitive salary, and ongoing training to support career progression.

Newly refurbished practices equipped with the latest technology, up to 28 days holiday including bank holidays, and a supportive Investors in People environment. Expect to work closely with dentists and the wider clinical team across two sites.

Qualifications

• Welcome and build strong relationships with patients, creating a friendly and reassuring experience.
• Confidently discuss dental treatments and treatment plans with patients in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
• Have a good understanding of general and private dental treatments and be able to answer patient questions confidently.

Responsibilities

• Follow up treatment plans and patients who have not yet proceeded with recommended treatment.
• Manage patient consultations, appointments, follow-ups and treatment journeys efficiently.
• Maintain excellent communication between the two practices.
• Be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities across both sites.
• Contribute towards practice targets and overall growth.
