Job summary

Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee two established solo-bed children’s homes in Poole. You will ensure safe, high-quality care for children with complex needs while supervising teams and maintaining Ofsted compliance.

The role is Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to lead and develop two services within an award-winning provider. Salary up to £54,000 and 32 days annual leave are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a children's residential manager or deputy ready to step up.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and Ofsted requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and effective running of two solo-bed homes.
• Lead and develop teams to achieve positive outcomes for children.
• Monitor safeguarding, compliance and staff performance.
• Ensure operation in line with Ofsted expectations and standards.
• Provide strategic leadership for two established services.
