Job summary

Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee two established solo-bed children’s homes in Poole. You will ensure safe, high-quality care for children with complex needs while supervising teams and maintaining Ofsted compliance.

The role is Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to lead and develop two services within an award-winning provider. Salary up to £54,000 and 32 days annual leave are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a children's residential manager or deputy ready to step up.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and Ofsted requirements.

Responsibilities

An award-winning children's services provider is looking for an experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee two established solo-bed children's homes in Poole.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced children's residential manager who is confident overseeing complex needs and wants to take responsibility for two well-established services.

About the role

As Dual Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the safe and effective running of both homes, ensuring consistently high standards of care and positive outcomes for the children.

You will lead and develop the teams, oversee safeguarding and compliance, manage staff performance and ensure the homes operate in line with Ofsted requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up, with children's residential experience and a good understanding of safeguarding, compliance and managing complex needs.
