Job summary

Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two established solo-bed children's homes in Poole. The role is a Monday to Friday management position focusing on safeguarding, compliance and delivering high standards of care for children with complex needs.

You will lead and develop teams, ensure Ofsted readiness, manage staff performance, and drive positive outcomes across both services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager in children''s residential care.
• Good safeguarding, compliance knowledge and experience managing complex needs.

About the role

As Dual Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the safe and effective running of both homes, ensuring consistently high standards of care and positive outcomes for the children.

You will lead and develop the teams, oversee safeguarding and compliance, manage staff performance and ensure the homes operate in line with Ofsted requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up, with children's residential experience and a good understanding of safeguarding, compliance and managing complex needs.
