Job summary

Avenir Collective is seeking a commercially driven Head of eCommerce to own and scale our DTC channels from a London base. You will lead a small international team and partner with Brand & Growth to deliver an omnichannel strategy.

Based in Holborn, this hybrid role focuses on end-to-end eCommerce performance, CRO, and platform optimisations across Shopify and other digital channels, shaping revenue growth and customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven revenue growth experience in DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience owning revenue and P&L targets.
• Experience leading small, global, high-performing teams.
• Deep Shopify knowledge across marketplaces and DTC.
• Strong background in performance marketing, CRM, and conversion optimization.
• Able to operate at strategic and hands-on levels.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Cross-functional collaboration in fast-growth environments.
• Confident with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership.
• Experience managing external creative partners for paid media.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global eCommerce performance across DTC and digital channels.
• Set and deliver a global eCommerce growth strategy.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and trading principles for pricing and promotions.
• Drive improvements in conversion, AOV, and CLV.
• Oversee the digital trading calendar and site merchandising.
• Lead CRO initiatives across site, product pages and checkout.
• Own the customer journey and first-party data initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketplace, Merchandising and Brand teams.
• Act as the eCommerce lead across the business.
