Job summary

ON RUNNING is seeking a store leader for its Greater London location to oversee all store operations and customer interactions. You will drive inventory, IT systems, and product training while guiding the store team to deliver an exceptional WOW experience.

The role requires 3-5 years in customer-facing work with some managerial responsibilities, and a native Chinese speaker who can read and write English fluently. Weekend, evening, and holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a customer-oriented setting with managerial responsibilities.
• Native Chinese speaker with ability to read and write in English fluently.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong organizational skills.
• Retail operational experience in sports or fashion is a strong plus.
