Job summary

You will work with teaching staff to prepare tools, equipment, ingredients and materials for lessons, maintain resources and inventories, and ensure workshops are safe, well-organised and equipped. Training will be provided where needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tools, equipment, ingredients and materials for lessons.
• Maintain resources and inventories for the department.
• Support practical classroom activities in DT and Food Tech.
• Ensure workshops and teaching spaces are safe, organised and well-equipped.
• Promote and monitor health and safety procedures; carry out risk assessments.
• Maintain equipment and support departmental displays and enrichment activities.
