Job summary

St Mark's CE School is seeking a Technician to join the Design & Technology and Art teams. This permanent role is term-time only, 30 hours per week, with a DBS check required. The post supports teaching staff and involves ordering and preparing project materials and maintaining tools and equipment.

The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships with children, staff and parents to enhance department delivery during school terms.

Qualifications

• Approachability and ability to relate to staff and students.

• Ability to build relationships with children, teachers, parents and carers.

Responsibilities

• Support Design & Technology and Art departments and assist teaching staff.
• Order and prepare project materials; manage general resources and maintain tools/equipment.
