Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Data Privacy & Protection Administrator (DSARs) for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This remote role involves coordinating Data Subject Access Requests across the UK, with occasional travel to Martin Brower offices as required.

You'll work with HR, IT, Payroll and other teams to locate information, review requests, redact personal data, maintain records, and support privacy assessments and data mapping. A collaborative, privacy-first culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and privacy processes.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end management of DSARs across the UK business.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and other stakeholders to locate and review information.
• Maintain accurate records, audit trails and documentation for privacy compliance.
• Review and redact personal information in line with data protection requirements.
• Support privacy assessments, data mapping, and records of processing activities.
