Job summary

LV= Life and Pensions is recruiting for a DSAR Associate to join our Data Access team in Bournemouth. This permanent, office-based role entails handling Data Subject Access Requests and GDPR-related inquiries with confidentiality and accuracy, coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining high service standards.

You’ll need strong customer service, attention to detail and familiarity with DSAR processes; training will be provided to help you learn UK GDPR requirements and LV= policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer requests with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with GDPR/Data Protection Act concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage DSAR/GDPR requests in line with policies.
• Contact individuals to discuss requests and advise on options.
• Send updates via letters, calls, or emails.
