Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Complaints and Data Rights Administrator to manage DSARs and other data rights requests under UK GDPR. You will handle end-to-end processes, work across Operations, Product and Engineering, and ensure timely, compliant responses while protecting sensitive data.

You'll need strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience handling data rights requests in a regulated environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
• Attention to detail when reviewing and redacting personal data.
• Clear written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and ICO guidance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of DSARs from receipt to closure within statutory deadlines.
• Liaise with Operations, Product, Engineering and Complaints to locate relevant data.
• Review and redact data to protect third-party information and apply exemptions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure auditability of decisions.
• Communicate status and outcomes clearly to customers.
• Escalate complex requests to the Data Protection Officer or Legal team as needed.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to DSAR tooling and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK GDPR and ICO guidance.
• Champion the use of AI tools to improve DSAR efficiency.
