Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a privacy operations professional to manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and support the privacy team. The role requires hands-on DSAR experience, strong UK GDPR knowledge, and the ability to handle sensitive information with excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience dealing with DSARs and data subject rights requests.
• Experience reviewing and redacting personal or confidential information.
• Background in data privacy/paralegal or similar operations role.
• Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Ability to work to statutory deadlines and manage sensitive information.
• Right to work in the UK and availability at start of Oct 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support DSARs through all stages of the request process.
• Review documents for disclosure and apply redactions as needed.
• Support high-volume DSAR reviews and liaise with external providers when required.
• Track requests and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with data breach incidents including records and reporting.
• Support day-to-day privacy team operations and the Office of the DPO.
• Monitor team inbox queries and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records and contribute to privacy process improvements.
