Standard Life, a retirement specialist, is seeking a 6 month fixed term role in Edinburgh or Birmingham. You will oversee Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with external partners and internal teams.

The role emphasizes governance over direct fulfilment, requires strong organisational and analytical skills, and knowledge of GDPR. The package includes up to £32,000, a potential bonus, private medical cover and generous leave and pension

Qualifications

Broad knowledge of financial services, particularly Life and Pensions.
Ability to apply processes and controls to ensure activity on time and to standards.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills with prioritisation and escalation.
Effective management of stakeholders on impact timescales and customer outcomes.
Ideally a general understanding of GDPR and Data Subject Rights.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and ensure escalation.
Maintain regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.
Support delivery within GDPR timeframes with governance oversight.
Coordinate data requests with external partners and internal teams.
